Hello fellow foodie and welcome to my new food blog
While getting drunk at a family gathering, I came up with a wonderful idea. Why not paying tribute to my great-grandmother by publishing her famous recipes.
Be prepared for some classy french recipes, with a touch of luxembourgish influence, who amazed my family and now (hopefully) yours.

Semolina Soup (3-4 servings) We take 3 spoonfuls of semolina, 1 egg and 5 ml of cream. After stirring everything together, we get a kind of soft mass. Then we pour it very quickly into the broth, put in the spices of your choice and let it cook.
